About Our Studio
Stott Pilates equipment includes Reformers, Ladder Barrels, Stability Chairs and a Cadillac.Most of the time it will be just you and your trainer at the studio at any given time.You will be provided with a reuseable SIGG water bottle and a towel each time you come in, and the music will be the type you desire.
If yoga is in your program,
it is recommended that you bring your own mat
