Utilizing an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and applied kinesiology, our programs are designed with safety in mind. Clients don't progress to more strenuous and complicated exercise until they show proficiency on the basic movement patterns.
While mat exercises are the most difficult in the entire repetoire, a full line of Pilates equipment is utilized and interspersed in the workout in order to provide variety and progression. Reformers, Ladder Barrels, and Stability Chairs are used with a variety of props including medicine balls and fitness circles. The Cadillac provides enough of a challenge in and of itself.
While not proclaiming to be a registered dietitian or nutritionist, we have been in the industry for over 20 years. Diets come and go, and we go to great lengths to evaluate all diet books and fads so you can have the most current up to date information on what works and what doesn't. Advice on diet and weight loss is available upon request
